Lalit Nirula serves as the Vice – President of the Association. After completing his schooling from The Doon School and his BA (Honours) Degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College at Delhi University, India, Sri Lalit Nirula graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, USA.

In his family business in Hospitality, Sri. Nirula successfully brought new non-traditional food products, innovative concepts and modern work culture to India and the Company was considered leaders in their field of family foods, being the largest Indian owned, Indian brand restaurant chain till when he was active in the business.

Sri Nirula’s personal commitment to education and social improvements has involved him actively with a number of educational institutions and charitable organizations.

Sri Nirula is a past President of the National Restaurant Association of India; Hotel and Restaurant Association of Northern India and Member of the Cornell University Council.
