Sri Sushil Ramola is a social entrepreneur, working on enhancing employability of disadvantaged youth in a sustainable way through building their skills, inculcating appropriate attitudes and linking them with employment opportunities. He is also engaged in the institution building work for the organizations working in the social development arena.

He has 30 years of corporate work experience, out of which 24 years have been with SRF Limited. For about 12 years in the course of this tenure, he led businesses in India and overseas as a President and CEO, notable amongst them a manufacturing company SRF Overseas Limited. During his corporate career, he has served on corporate boards and on industry committees including CII’s two National Committees, on Industry – NGO Partnership and CSR & Community Development.

He is currently advisor to SRF Foundation and in particular focuses on the leadership development and management of The Shri Ram Schools and other educational and CSR initiatives of the Foundation. He is also engaged with four other NGOs besides the Blind Relief Association. Sri Sushil graduated in 1975 with a gold medal in Chemical Engineering and did his PGDM from IIM, Ahmedabad in 1981.
